AI Workflow Sprint

Build AI workflows your team will use—in 2 weeks.

AI workflow sprint building session

Stop Experimenting. Start Building.

Your team is experimenting with AI, but nothing sticks. Prompts get lost. Wins can't be replicated. Knowledge stays trapped in individual ChatGPT accounts. The AI Workflow Sprint changes that. In 2 weeks, your team builds working AI workflows they use every day—tools that become part of how you work, not forgotten experiments.

What You'll Build:

A workflow is more than just a prompt. It's a fully-specified tool your team can use repeatedly. Using our structured planning template, you'll create:

  • Purpose: What problem does this solve?
  • Triggers: When do you use this?
  • Inputs: What information do you feed it?
  • Process: The actual prompts or sequence of prompts
  • Output Format: What does it produce?
  • Success Criteria: How do you know it worked well?

You'll build this as a Custom GPT (ChatGPT) or Claude Skill, with full documentation using our workflow planning template. The format matters less than creating something your team continues using after the sprint ends.

How It Works:

Pre-Sprint: Customization Survey

Before we start, you'll complete a brief survey about your team's AI familiarity, roles, and daily tasks. This lets us customize the sprint with relevant scenarios and come prepared for your specific context.

Session 1: Foundations & Planning (90 min)

Learn prompting fundamentals and the basics of building Custom GPTs (ChatGPT) or Claude Skills. Use the AI Workflow Opportunity Worksheet to identify which of your tasks are good candidates for AI workflows. Start planning your workflow using our structured template.

Session 2: Build Techniques & Check-in (60-90 min)

Go deeper on build techniques: testing edge cases, refining prompts, handling different scenarios. Check in on progress, troubleshoot blockers, and get feedback on your workflow-in-progress.

Session 3: Demo & Presentations (60-90 min)

Present your completed workflow. Show what you built, demonstrate before/after improvements, and share what you learned. Get peer feedback and identify patterns across the group. 75% useful = success.

The Result

Your team has working AI workflows they use every day—not just skills they forget. Each workflow is fully documented with our planning template, ready to share and maintain.

What's Included:

  • Pre-Sprint Survey: Customize the sprint based on your team's AI familiarity and daily workflows
  • 3 Live Training Sessions: Foundations & Planning (90 min), Build Techniques & Check-in (60-90 min), Demo & Presentations (60-90 min)
  • AI Workflow Opportunity Worksheet: Structured framework for identifying which tasks are good candidates for AI workflows
  • AI Workflow Planning Template: Complete specification template covering purpose, triggers, inputs, outputs, and success criteria
  • Completed Workflow Example: Full sample workflow spec showing what "done" looks like
  • Resource Hub: Access to scenario library, starter prompts, best practices, and prompt engineering frameworks
  • Office Hours: Four 30-minute sessions (2 per week) for when you hit blockers or need guidance
  • Async Support: Email support throughout the 2 weeks for quick questions

You're Ready If This Sounds Familiar

  • Your team is experimenting with AI but nothing sticks
  • You want working tools, not just trained people
  • You've tried AI training before but adoption faded
  • You need systematic workflows, not scattered prompts
  • You want tangible deliverables you can use immediately

The Sprint works for small groups (up to 10 people building individual workflows) or larger groups split into teams that collaborate to build workflows together. Both formats create the same outcome: working systems that last beyond the two weeks.

Why This Works

Most teams get stuck between experimentation and systematic adoption. You learn features but don't build systems. The Sprint flips this: you learn by building with a structured methodology. Action learning beats instruction every time.

What makes this different:

  • Structured process: Proven templates guide you from idea to working tool
  • Building, not learning: You create tools, not just absorb information
  • Real work, not scenarios: Use your actual accounts, campaigns, and challenges
  • Documented deliverables: Each workflow includes full specification for sharing and maintenance
  • Peer accountability: Demo sessions create natural momentum
  • Compressed timeline: 2 weeks is short enough to maintain focus

Beyond the Workflows

The working workflows are valuable, but they're not the only outcome:

  • Surface your AI champions: Identify team members with natural aptitude who can lead future initiatives
  • Build institutional knowledge: Documented workflows become shared resources that outlast any individual
  • Establish shared vocabulary: Create common frameworks for how your team talks about and uses AI
  • Create momentum for adoption: Demo presentations and peer collaboration build excitement and accountability
  • Reveal skill gaps: Hands-on building shows where deeper training would deliver the most value

What Happens After the Sprint

The Sprint often reveals what comes next:

  • Need deeper skills? Move to our 4-week training bootcamp
  • Want more workflows? Run another sprint next quarter
  • Need ongoing support? Add our Momentum Program ($1,500/quarter)
  • Governance concerns? Separate consulting engagement available

Example Workflows to Build

Choose from our scenario library or propose your own workflow. Here are examples of what teams have built:

Sales Workflows

  • Account Intelligence Brief: Comprehensive account research that becomes persistent context for the entire deal lifecycle
  • Discovery Call Research Brief: Call prep combining company research, stakeholder analysis, and tailored discovery questions
  • Stuck Deal Diagnostic: Diagnose stalled deals by analyzing history and pattern-matching against common stall scenarios
  • Competitive Battle Card Generator: Create and maintain competitive intelligence for specific deal situations

Marketing Workflows

  • Campaign Brief Builder: Generate comprehensive campaign briefs from product info and audience research
  • Content Repurposing Engine: Transform long-form content into multi-channel assets maintaining brand voice

Cross-Functional

  • Meeting Summary & Action Items: Structured meeting notes with automatic action item extraction and assignment

These are examples, not an exhaustive list. The best workflows solve real problems your team faces every day.
