AI Team Training Bootcamp
Most teams have people experimenting with AI on their own — some getting results, others not, with no way to share what's working. This four-week program gives your whole team a shared foundation: how AI works, how to use Claude well, how to identify and build skills that make their work easier. By the final session, everyone has built something real.
What Your Team Will Master:
Session 1: How AI Actually Works
Foundation session covering how LLMs work, why outputs vary, and the mindset shift required to work effectively with AI. Participants learn what AI is good at, where it falls short, and how to communicate with it clearly.
Session 2: Claude 101
Hands-on tool fluency. How to use Claude, when to use different models, how Projects work, and how to organize your work so context isn't lost between sessions. Most participants have used AI casually — this session builds real command of the tool.
Session 3: Building Your First Skill
What skills are, how to identify tasks in your work worth systematizing, and how to spec and build one. Participants leave with a clear plan and a skill in progress. The work between sessions 3 and 4 is building it.
Office Hours (weeks 3–4)
Two open one-hour office hours sessions while participants are building their skills. Drop in to get unstuck, get feedback on what you're building, or just see how others are approaching the work.
Session 4: Team Showcase
Participants demo the skills they built since session 3: what they made, where they got stuck, what worked. Cross-pollination of ideas across the team. Everyone leaves having seen what's possible across different roles and workflows.
The Result
By session four, every participant has built and demonstrated a real skill. They leave with something that works — not a list of prompts they'll forget.
You're Ready If This Describes Your Team
This training is designed for teams experiencing the sporadic usage problem:
- People on your team are already experimenting with AI individually
- Results are inconsistent — some people getting wins, others not
- There's no shared framework or way to replicate what's working
- Knowledge stays in individual accounts and never spreads across the team
- You want your team building real skills, not just watching demos
Works for any team size and industry.
Why This Works
Most teams get stuck between individual AI experimentation and systematic team adoption. This program is specifically designed for that transition — teaching your team to build shared systems, not just learn tactics. You're past the "should we use AI?" phase. Now you need to answer "how do we use it as a team?"
Over 4 sessions, they'll build:
- A foundation in how AI actually works — not just how to prompt it
- Real command of Claude: models, Projects, and how to stay organized
- A skill they built themselves, on their actual work
- A shared vocabulary and framework the whole team can build on
Why 4 Weeks Works Better
Behavioral science shows 21-28 days for habit formation. Weekly touchpoints maintain momentum without overwhelming schedules. Time between sessions enables real experimentation — not on made-up scenarios, but on actual work. It's the optimal format for lasting change.
Our 4-week format is deliberately designed for learning through your actual work:
Week 1→2: Apply AI to your real work, see what works in your context
Week 2→3: Build fluency in the tool, start identifying what you want to build
Week 3→4: Build your skill, refine it, prepare to demo it
Weeks 5+: Ongoing AI advisory available for teams that want continued support
The time between sessions is when AI becomes real — applying what you've learned to actual work, not abstract examples.
Ongoing AI Advisory
AI evolves quickly. For teams that want ongoing strategic support after the bootcamp, we offer embedded AI advisory: one day per week working alongside your team on defined projects with measurable outcomes. Learn more about AI Advisory.
Here's what happens with most AI training:
- Day 1-7: High enthusiasm, lots of experimentation
- Day 8-21: Some application, declining usage
- Day 22-30: Return to old habits
- Day 31+: No support, momentum fades
Here's what happens with Razzo:
- Weeks 1-4: Build foundation through weekly accountability
- Week 4: Every participant demos a skill they built
- Ongoing advisory available: Continue advancing with strategic AI support
- Result: Sustained behavior change with real artifacts to show for it
Built Around Your Work
The first two sessions cover foundations — how AI works, how to use Claude well. Sessions 3 and 4 are where participants work on a real task from their own job. They spec and start building in session 3, finish it before session 4, and present it to the team at the end.
This means you're not learning "how to use Claude Projects" in the abstract — you're learning how to organize the context that matters for your work. The tool is just the tool. Your workflows are what matter.
Prerequisites:
- Active Claude Pro/Team account (or ChatGPT Pro/Business)
- A current role with real work to apply the learning to
- Willingness to try new approaches between sessions
This is a hands-on bootcamp, not a lecture series. Each session builds on the previous week's practice with your actual work.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why not just do this in one intensive day?
Because information isn't transformation. Behavior change requires 21-28 days of practice. Our 4-week format provides the repetition, accountability, and integration time needed to build real habits that drive revenue—not just awareness.
Do you offer ongoing support after training?
Yes. For teams that want continued strategic support, we offer embedded AI advisory: one day per week working alongside your team on defined projects with measurable outcomes. Every engagement is scoped to fit your team's needs. Learn more about AI Advisory or get in touch to talk through what ongoing support looks like for you.
We've already done AI training. Why would this be different?
Most AI training teaches generic features, not role-specific applications. We teach AI through YOUR workflows—sales teams learn through actual accounts, marketing through real campaigns. Add our 4-week format for habit formation and optional ongoing support, and you get training that actually translates to revenue.
How much time commitment between sessions?
Plan for 2-3 hours per week applying AI to your actual work. This isn't homework—it's doing your real job with new AI-powered approaches tailored to your specific workflows.
